People will not clean this city?

On 18th September, the first publication of the first page of the first light of the newspaper, 'Dhaka-Taka 2.40 billion dirt-trade'. It has been said in the report that at least Tk 20 crore is being traded every month in the capital collecting dirt from the house. The amount of this money in the year is 240 million The corporation's residents are collecting this dirt through private organizations and the corporation's residents have to pay a lot more than the fees determined by the City Corporation. Local Ward Councilors, leaders of the Awami League and its associate organization or their close friends are controlling this dirty business. Occasionally there is political rivalry with control of the business. Reporting that the collection of dirt in the capital is now a great business. Many people have been fooled by this business because of extra money from corporation residents.
After reading the report, there was a lot of information in the capital, including the process of collecting dirt. We found out that the start of the collection of lodging of the house. This initiative started as the social work of the mohall in the 1980s. The route showed some residents of Kalabagan. Then there was some money for the cost of living expenses. I would like to thank the residents of Kalabagan area. Because they took such an initiative, today we can easily remove the dirt of the house comfortably and comfortably. When the system was not operational, think about it. The dirt would have come from the open side of the road to the dustbine. Homes in the house usually kept this responsibility. If there were no work people, then no one had to do this work to any of the family members. Dustbin could not be approached to the dustbin. Some of them drove out without dirty dustbin. As a result, a large part of the dustbins was filled with dirt. Still remains. At first, when collecting the dirt from the house started, then the dump collector had to pay 10 taka. In 2009, City Corporation fixed the fee of 30 taka. But City Corporation does not get any share of this money. That fee is now 100 to 120 taka. This fee is more in the elite areas. Maybe more in the future. City corporation has no control over this. There are also organizations that privately collect dirt; Name Primary West Collection Service Providers (PwCSP) It is registered as a waste management association organization in the city corporation. The organization has already proposed to increase the fees for dirt. Many people may be getting rich by collecting dirt from the house. But there is no way to deny its requirements. City Corporation collects dirt from the container and dirt house or secondary transfer station (STS) of the moor containers in the designated place.
As per the World Urbanization Prospect Report of the United Nations, the population of Dhaka is now 1.7 million. In a survey of the World Bank, Dhaka city is getting 7 thousand metric tons of waste per day. Of this, approximately 5,500 tons of dirt was made from the house and the store. Two city corporations are now in Dhaka. But these two corporations could not show much success in waste management. Despite the poor management of residential buildings, the situation of the roads is very sad. There are very few areas in the capital, from which regular dirt is removed.
City corporation cleaners have done very little work on the street dirty broom. The condition of all areas not known as elite is very delicate. Day after day the dirt is lying around the road. ClearNobody does the name. Once these dirt merges with soil or stops the sanitation system in the drain.
A few days ago, in the first light, I saw that most of the trucks carrying the City Corporation carry the dumping station to the dumping station, most of them do not have the Tripoli. Due to bad weather, as well as waste and dirty water from the truck spread around the waste due to the absence of Tripoli. These dirt is no longer clean. It has negative effects on the environment and public health. Various types of pathogens are spreading due to these waste. What a terrible thing!
That's going on. Residents of the capital city dwell in this dirt. The Mayor comes to the mayor. The dirty city remains from dunk. Prior to every city corporation election, the mayor's candidate promised to construct a green Dhaka, a resident of Dhaka from turning Dhaka City into Tilctoma city. But that promise is never implemented, never. What will be the same? Will our beloved city ever be built as a clean city? Where else can we find ourselves in the cleansing of other cities of the world? Why can not the City Corporation keep our Dhaka City clean? Do they really have anything to do?

City Corporation always blames short budgets and lack of manpower to clean the city. So if you have to, then budget is to be done first and increase the manpower. And if it is not possible to do so, then the privatization of roads, lantern cleaning and private cleaning can also be done privately. It can be done for fair and reasonable fees. The city is at least clean. However, it is also possible to refuse to clear this road so that there is no trade of billions again.
However, the city will have to look after themselves without lying on the City Corporations to keep all the bad habit. Are we all clean in the city? This city is so dirty that we do so. Many of us are in the habit of dirt where there is dirty. We take the packet by eating ice cream or chips
