Judge of Special Judge Court-5, located in the Parade field of Bakshibazar District, Old Dhaka, was present on Thursday. Md. Akhtaruzzaman took the time to apply for Khaleda Zia and fixed the next hearing.
Barrister Barrister Jamiruddin Sarkar said in the court today, Khaleda Zia is taking treatment abroad. He will return to the country when he finishes treatment. That's why he applied for the time. In view of this petition, the court fixed the next hearing on October 5 in two cases.
Khaleda Zia was the lawyer on behalf of the court, Barrister Jamiruddin Sarkar, former attorney general AJ Mohammad Ali, Abdur Rezak Khan, Zainul Abedin, Sanaullah Mia, Masud Ahmed Talukder and others.
On the other hand, the first investigation officer of the Zia Charitable Trust case, ACC deputy director Nur Ahmed, was today partially examined in favor of one of the accused in the case.
